Just back from doing some research into residential course holidays, i.e. yoga, writing, personal development etc., - well not exactly, I was on a comedy writing course in Greece held by Arthur Smith.However, while there, I determined what people expect in terms of facilities and activities and what prices can be charged for a wide range of courses - all useful for the out-of-season months at the villa. The serenity of the olive groves and the citrus orchard make them ideal places to host small intimate groups.
We have discussed several course ideas, including cooking (especially fish), yoga, painting and writing, but there are other areas we can look at - if you have any ideas, do let us know.
For those of you who have not yet had an opportunity to visit Puglia, we will soon be posting some pictures to give you a feel of the area around the villa.
